This beautiful and rare Vera sparkling gold fern leaf design sheer silk scarf features lovely delicate fern leaves and branches painted on a sheer off white background. Scarf features a handrolled hem.

This fern leaf Vera scarf is large and measures approximately 25" square and still has its original content tag which reads" Scarves by Vera - Patent Pending - Pure Silk Handrolled ". It dates from the late 1940's with its very small Vera in the left hand corner of the scarf.

It is a very rare find and is in excellent condition for its age as there are no rips, no tears, and no stains present on this beautiful vintage scarf.
